Company Profile

1974 - Established company to provide Transformer repair and remanufacture services to regionally based electric utilities.

1980 - Broadened our product scope to include Regulator and Recloser repair and expanded our facilities to accommodate industrial customers.

1995 - Added a new facility to service large equipment.

2005 - Established a Field Service Division

2005 - Added a new 25,000 square foot state of the art paint facility.

2006 - Expanded the Regulator and Recloser Control Panel repair division effectively doubling our capacity.

We are the leading independent provider of liquid filled distribution transformer, regulator, and recloser repair and rebuild services in the Southeast.
